We are a family owned and operated business with two ranch locations in the Black Hills of western South Dakota.

For generations, our families have farmed and ranched on the Great Plains. We are passionate about family and food, and we have long standing commitments to sustainable management of our land and our cattle.

We care about what we eat, and we know that you do, too. We started 34 Ranch Meats to sell quality beef direct to consumers because of demand from our own extended family and friends, who were becoming more concerned about what they were feeding their families. We understand that, like ourselves, our customers want to have confidence in the source and quality of their food. Bruce Bruch is a life-long resident of the Bear Butte Valley, where his family has ranched for generations. He has worked on the 34 Ranch since before he was old enough to vote.
